About the role
- Analyze credit, liquidity and market risk scenarios, as well as interbank rate indicators and index records, proposing alternatives.
- Analyze and propose investment alternatives aimed at maximizing the return of the centralized treasury, taking into account cash flow and the operational limits established by internal regulations and the regulatory bodies of the National Financial System.
- Analyze and propose alternatives for liquidity management, portfolio marking and spreads, seeking to strengthen the systemic solidity of the cooperatives within the Ailos System.
- Analyze and propose improvements to the operation and development of the treasury’s monthly and daily practices and processes, cash flow, bank account reconciliation and custody registration of assets for the Central and its affiliates, as well as cash management activities, accounts payable routines and other financial processes of the Central.
- Monitor and analyze improvements and alternatives for managing the Central’s Settlement Account, ensuring processes comply with the Central Bank’s operating timetable.
- Monitor the limits established in the internal policies and regulations of the Ailos System and applicable regulatory institutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field.
- Experience in treasury operations and financial routines.
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation and ERP systems.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Organized, routine-oriented profile with a commitment to confidentiality.
- CPA-20 certification.
- Experience working in a financial institution.
