About the role
- Align IT strategy with short- and long-term business objectives;
- Map the company’s capabilities and services, providing visibility and systemic understanding;
- Define and propose the continuous evolution of business capabilities and their operating model;
- Work on new initiatives by understanding the needs of the areas and proposing the best solutions from an enterprise architecture perspective;
- Conduct maturity analyses of business capabilities, with structured action plans for improvement;
- Evaluate the company’s systems from functional and technical perspectives, focusing on integrity, compliance and sustainability;
- Develop and maintain the strategic technology roadmap, with an emphasis on rationalization and modernization of the technology landscape;
- Evolve business architecture models and artifacts, promoting consistent and reusable practices across the organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Enterprise/Corporate Architect, with strong involvement in strategy, capability modeling and technology planning;
- Solid knowledge of architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and process modeling (e.g., BPMN);
- Systemic business and technology perspective, with the ability to engage with both technical and executive stakeholders;
- Knowledge of portfolio management practices, IT governance and strategic planning;
- Analytical capability, structured thinking and results orientation;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to facilitate workshops and alignments with business and IT areas;
- Certifications in TOGAF, ArchiMate or similar;
- Experience in digital transformation projects, legacy system modernization or implementation of data operating models.
