About the role
- Understand the business area's needs previously aligned with the Cooperatives and translate those expectations to the team, aiming for quality and customer satisfaction.
- Work together with the Business Owner (BO) to ensure solutions align with market best practices and the Strategic Planning objectives.
- Organize, prioritize, and optimize the product backlog, balancing maintenance and enhancement demands, ensuring deliveries meet deadlines and regulatory requirements.
- Write clear, concise epics and user stories, defining acceptance criteria to ensure quality and mitigate delivery risks.
- Plan technical feasibility studies for new solutions or systems, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Maintain effective communication with the BO and other areas, reporting on progress, new features, quality indicators, releases, and product discontinuations. Negotiate scope and priority adjustments when necessary.
- Remove business-related impediments, eliminate waste, and ensure smooth delivery flow.
- Decide, together with the BO, the direction of new requests for Discovery and re-prioritization of deliveries when unforeseen impacts occur.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Information Systems;
- Certifications: CSPO, PSPO, or CRM certifications (Salesforce Admin, etc.);
- Experience in relationship management, customer journey, segmentation, and loyalty;
- Experience with Agile methodologies;
- Experience managing innovative projects;
- Writing Agile artifacts;
- Experience in requirements elicitation and process analysis;
- Ability to align business and technology areas.
- Nice to have:
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or similar;
- Knowledge of Data Analytics and BI;
- Basic UX/UI understanding;
- Experience with API integrations and integrating CRM with core banking systems and digital channels;
- Experience in regulatory projects and financial institutions;
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
