About the role

  • Understand the business area's needs previously aligned with the Cooperatives and translate those expectations to the team, aiming for quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Work together with the Business Owner (BO) to ensure solutions align with market best practices and the Strategic Planning objectives.
  • Organize, prioritize, and optimize the product backlog, balancing maintenance and enhancement demands, ensuring deliveries meet deadlines and regulatory requirements.
  • Write clear, concise epics and user stories, defining acceptance criteria to ensure quality and mitigate delivery risks.
  • Plan technical feasibility studies for new solutions or systems, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Maintain effective communication with the BO and other areas, reporting on progress, new features, quality indicators, releases, and product discontinuations. Negotiate scope and priority adjustments when necessary.
  • Remove business-related impediments, eliminate waste, and ensure smooth delivery flow.
  • Decide, together with the BO, the direction of new requests for Discovery and re-prioritization of deliveries when unforeseen impacts occur.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Information Systems;
  • Certifications: CSPO, PSPO, or CRM certifications (Salesforce Admin, etc.);
  • Experience in relationship management, customer journey, segmentation, and loyalty;
  • Experience with Agile methodologies;
  • Experience managing innovative projects;
  • Writing Agile artifacts;
  • Experience in requirements elicitation and process analysis;
  • Ability to align business and technology areas.
  • Nice to have:
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or similar;
  • Knowledge of Data Analytics and BI;
  • Basic UX/UI understanding;
  • Experience with API integrations and integrating CRM with core banking systems and digital channels;
  • Experience in regulatory projects and financial institutions;
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
