About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, growing Coolr’s presence in the industry and strengthening long-term partnerships
- Support end-to-end influencer campaign delivery, ensuring seamless execution, strong communication, and that all client objectives are met or exceeded
- Oversee influencer campaigns across multiple clients, from briefing and talent selection through to execution and reporting
- Contribute to new business efforts by developing pitch materials and supporting (or attending) pitch presentations where relevant
- Work closely with senior team members on contract negotiation and partnership management, with increasing ownership over time
- Expand and strengthen Coolr’s influencer network, identifying new talent and building a high-quality partnership portfolio
- Attend and support shoots, events, and influencer activations, ensuring smooth delivery and strong talent experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solutions-led mindset to complex influencer and creator challenges, combining strategic thinking with creative problem-solving to drive measurable impact.
- Deep expertise across all major social and creator platforms, with proven ability to design, activate, and optimise paid social and influencer campaigns that deliver against KPIs.
- Up-to-date understanding of internet culture, platform trends, algorithm shifts, and emerging creator ecosystems.
- Experienced in managing multiple high-value clients and campaigns simultaneously, confidently prioritising workloads and resources to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence, advise, and build strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams at all levels.
- Highly organised and commercially aware, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage fast-paced, deadline-driven environments effectively.
