About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist ADMs in planning and coordinating department team meetings and events
- Coordinate logistics for events and meetings across offices
- Create program communications including invitations and agendas
- Provide reporting assistance regarding attorney utilization and compliance
- Support ADMs in managing attorney departures and logistical needs for mentoring programs
- Submit expense reports and track reimbursements
- Assist with proofreading work for accuracy and detail
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- iManage and other firm applications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Intermediate Excel skills or willingness to learn (independently)
- Previous general office and computer experience
- Prior law firm experience (preferred)
