About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist ADMs in planning and coordinating department team meetings and events
  • Coordinate logistics for events and meetings across offices
  • Create program communications including invitations and agendas
  • Provide reporting assistance regarding attorney utilization and compliance
  • Support ADMs in managing attorney departures and logistical needs for mentoring programs
  • Submit expense reports and track reimbursements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
  • iManage and other firm applications
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Intermediate Excel skills or willingness to learn (independently)
  • Previous general office and computer experience
  • Prior law firm experience (preferred)
