About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the strategic vision and day-to-day operations for the firm’s digital properties
Serve as the primary business owner for the Content Management System (CMS) and related web technologies
Direct onshore UX/UI designers and offshore development teams
Responsible for the overall health, accessibility, and performance of digital platforms
Design and optimize web-based client journeys
Lead the analytics strategy for the web
Partner across Marketing and Business Development organization
Collaborate with Tech, IT, and external agencies on the long-term digital roadmap
Manage the governance framework for web updates
Serve as direct supervisor and mentor to direct reports

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of directly applicable experience (e.g., web operations, digital operations, or related field)
Proven experience with CMS/Web technologies, including and DAM
Strong understanding of SEO, AEO and GEO
Comfortable and familiar with UX/UI design
Ability to work extended and/or weekend hours, as required
Ability to travel, as required
