About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and grow Coolbet’s social media presence and online communities in Chile
Create, curate, and publish compelling content across digital channels
Support customer acquisition and retention initiatives through community-focused campaigns
Build and maintain relationships with influencers, ambassadors, media partners, and local stakeholders
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and resolve escalated issues
Assist in planning and execution of events, sponsorships, and customer experiences
Monitor and analyze social media, community, and campaign performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
2–4+ years of experience in community management, social media, digital marketing, or a similar role
Proven experience managing social media channels, online communities, and performance reporting
Strong content creation and storytelling skills
Experience working with influencers, brand ambassadors, media partners, or strategic partnerships is considered an advantage
Knowledge of digital marketing trends and community engagement strategies
Passion for sports and understanding of the Chilean sports landscape; interest in gaming or iGaming is highly beneficial
Excellent communication skills, creativity, and ability to build authentic relationships
Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken)
