About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and grow Coolbet’s social media presence and online communities in Chile
  • Create, curate, and publish compelling content across digital channels
  • Support customer acquisition and retention initiatives through community-focused campaigns
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, ambassadors, media partners, and local stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and resolve escalated issues
  • Assist in planning and execution of events, sponsorships, and customer experiences
  • Monitor and analyze social media, community, and campaign performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • 2–4+ years of experience in community management, social media, digital marketing, or a similar role
  • Proven experience managing social media channels, online communities, and performance reporting
  • Strong content creation and storytelling skills
  • Experience working with influencers, brand ambassadors, media partners, or strategic partnerships is considered an advantage
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and community engagement strategies
  • Passion for sports and understanding of the Chilean sports landscape; interest in gaming or iGaming is highly beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills, creativity, and ability to build authentic relationships
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken)
