About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own a defined Marketing IT product area (CRM, CMS, bonusing, segmentation, gamification)
Translate marketing and business needs into clear product requirements and well-prioritized backlogs
Lead key agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, grooming, retros)
Collaborate with designers, engineers, and marketing stakeholders to scope, size, and launch new features
Act as the main contact for marketing-related development, communicating progress, timelines, and trade-offs
Perform user acceptance testing and maintain high quality across releases
Use customer insights, product metrics, and market trends to identify optimization opportunities
Proactively identify risks and blockers in delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience (3+ years) as a Product Manager
3+ years of experience in IT/software development-related environments
Background in the iGaming industry or Marketing is a strong advantage
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong decision-making skills
Collaborative mindset with strong relationship-building ability
Proactive, curious, and ownership-driven attitude
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
Flexibility to handle increased workload
Fluency in verbal and written English is a must
