About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for consumer-facing discovery surfaces across home screen, search, menu, collections, product detail pages, cart, checkout, and core UI components
  • Define a coherent discovery experience across web and mobile as the catalog and user needs evolve
  • Manage a broad surface area with competing priorities while maintaining product coherence and momentum
  • Partner with Engineering and Design to build, iterate, and launch high-impact consumer features
  • Own the product layer of CookUnity’s server-driven UI system
  • Drive experimentation across discovery surfaces using rigorous metric frameworks
  • Partner with Design to reduce friction and improve confidence and intuitiveness across entry points
  • Own the quality and consistency of shared UI components
  • Maintain mobile and web parity while allowing platform-native patterns
  • Collaborate with the Senior PM, Personalization & AI, on frontend and intelligence decisions
  • Translate personalization and AI capabilities into useful frontend experiences
  • Improve browse conversion, reduce checkout abandonment and cart-to-order friction, and increase funnel conversion, order frequency, and subscriber retention

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of product management experience, including meaningful ownership of consumer-facing mobile and/or web surfaces at scale
  • Demonstrated experience with discovery, browsing, search, or shopping experiences, ideally in a marketplace or catalog-heavy product
  • Strong UX instincts and proven close collaboration with design teams
  • Familiarity with frontend product systems, including component libraries, server-driven UI, and feature flags
  • Ability to partner effectively with frontend engineers
  • Experience running A/B experiments, defining metrics, and making data-informed decisions in ambiguous situations
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and ability to influence design, engineering, and business stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage a large roadmap across multiple surfaces simultaneously
  • Frontend-first product thinking and experience owning high-traffic discovery or browsing surfaces
  • Technical understanding of component architecture and system-level effects on user experience
