About the role

  • Create end-to-end visibility into our operations: Build, refine, and own the core metrics that define operational excellence across production, fulfillment, logistics, and last-mile delivery.
  • Improve delivery reliability & carrier performance: Analyze carrier network performance, route efficiency, delivery timeliness, and cost-to-serve.
  • Drive the “Perfect Experience” for eaters: Identify operational drivers of negative experience and prioritize high-impact improvements.
  • Optimize processes across the Operations value chain: Map, measure, and improve key operational workflows.
  • Lead deep-dive investigations on operational issues: Own the analytical process for understanding emerging operational challenges.
  • Enable teams to self-serve operational insights: Build self-service tools and standardized reporting that empower Ops and Logistics teams.

Requirements

  • 5 years in similar analyst roles, with a pattern of high achievement
  • High autonomy in partnering with non-technical stakeholders
  • High autonomy in executing to produce insights with data (e.g. SQL, Tableau, Python, dbt)
  • High agency and growth mindset
