About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide excellent, efficient and high-quality service to customer at all times
Prepare and submit shipping documents including booking confirmations, insurance policies, certificates of origin, battery safety declarations, and shipping instructions in compliance with regulations and client requirements
Calculate, verify, and process freight charges, attaching supporting documents and reconciling discrepancies to ensure timely settlement
Coordinate to obtain accurate VGM data, submit declarations via authorized platforms within deadlines, and resolve submission errors to avoid shipment delays
Book ground transportation based on cargo specifications, track shipment status in real time, and address disruptions to ensure on-time pickup and delivery
Upload and organize key shipment documents into the client’s system, maintaining proper categorization, and generate periodic operational reports for process optimization
Take up additional tasks as assigned, back up for other team members when necessary

Requirements

What you’ll need

College degree or above, major in logistics industry is preferred
Know how in air / ocean / logistics / SCM
Honest, reliable and responsible, positive attitude under high pressure, problem solver
Skillful of PC & Internet
Good command of Mandarin and English
Software Skills: PPT, Excel, Word
