About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You’re responsible for the day-to-day operations of our customer service team.
  • You are the go-to person for both your team and the customer.
  • You monitor process progress and step in when needed.
  • You conduct monthly client reviews via phone, Teams, or onsite in Moerdijk.
  • You coach, motivate, and support your team daily in their development.
  • You deliver on customer agreements and ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
  • You closely monitor logistics processes, identify disruptions quickly, and inform all involved parties about changes or delays.
  • You prepare KPI reports and discuss them regularly with the operations manager and your team.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • at least 2 years of leadership experience
  • affinity with logistics and transport is a plus, but not required
  • a positive, enthusiastic personality with a talent for motivating teams
  • a solution-oriented and process-minded approach to serving customers
  • strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
