Customer Service Supervisor

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You’re responsible for the day-to-day operations of our customer service team.
- You are the go-to person for both your team and the customer.
- You monitor process progress and step in when needed.
- You conduct monthly client reviews via phone, Teams, or onsite in Moerdijk.
- You coach, motivate, and support your team daily in their development.
- You deliver on customer agreements and ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
- You closely monitor logistics processes, identify disruptions quickly, and inform all involved parties about changes or delays.
- You prepare KPI reports and discuss them regularly with the operations manager and your team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- at least 2 years of leadership experience
- affinity with logistics and transport is a plus, but not required
- a positive, enthusiastic personality with a talent for motivating teams
- a solution-oriented and process-minded approach to serving customers
- strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
