About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate and oversee all operational activities daily.
- Oversee unloading of inbound shipments and orderly stacking of products.
- Verify required inbound/outbound paperwork, ensuring proper counting of products.
- Efficiently load orders to appropriate doors and trailers.
- Conduct quality control, ensuring product corresponds to quality standards.
- Execute safety protocols and maintain cleanliness of the warehouse.
- Direct operations of the warehouse work team to meet productivity goals.
- Report inconsistencies in product, process, and quality system to appropriate channels.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- 1 year experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
- Able to operate MHE.
- Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during warmer and colder months can range from mild to moderate.
- Satisfactory completion of a forklift training program.
