Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate and oversee all operational activities daily.
Oversee unloading of inbound shipments and orderly stacking of products.
Verify required inbound/outbound paperwork, ensuring proper counting of products.
Efficiently load orders to appropriate doors and trailers.
Conduct quality control, ensuring product corresponds to quality standards.
Execute safety protocols and maintain cleanliness of the warehouse.
Direct operations of the warehouse work team to meet productivity goals.
Report inconsistencies in product, process, and quality system to appropriate channels.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must have a high school diploma or GED.
1 year experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
Able to operate MHE.
Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during warmer and colder months can range from mild to moderate.
Satisfactory completion of a forklift training program.
