About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for coordinating safety and quality functions and assisting the Supervisor
  • Ensures the warehouse is in compliance with safety and quality policies and principles
  • Performs work involving the implementation of identified safety and training programs
  • Responsible for maintaining the Document Control Center
  • Support, documentation and follow up on Internal Audits and Corrective Actions
  • Update visual aids, process instructions, quality procedures, corrective and preventive actions
  • Generate and update control charts
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement Projects
  • Perform plant tours to detect compliance issues
  • Manage/follow up aged material processes and excess inventory
  • Coordinate cycle counts as required for Sync Report Analysis

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Ability to handle basic statistical control methods
  • Must have previous Inventory experience
  • Current or previous experience with Quality Management System
  • Must possess excellent computer skills, not limited to MS Office, Windows, or Visio
  • Basic to intermediate mathematical skills
  • Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision or guidance
  • Must be able to effectively adapt to change and thrive in a stimulating, fast-paced work environment.
