About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage shipment plan as based on Customer data planner
Do communication with Customer destination / market
Prepare forecast booking arrangement
Process booking submission
Do coordination with warehouse team for stuffing
Do export document checking such as BL and other document as required for export
Manage stuffing plan
Generate final SI, Commercial Invoice and Packing List based on actual loading
Submit shipment weekly report
Do data update and upload to the transport management system as required
All relevant duties assigned by Superior

Requirements

What you’ll need

Education background minimum Bachelor Degree from Sea Transportation Management or any major
Minimum 2 year experience as Sea Freight Export operation, Fresh Graduate are welcome
Having a good understanding of Sea Freight Export shipment flow and procedure
English Fluency both in writing and speaking
Computer Literacy (Strong working knowledge for Microsoft office application and strong excel reporting skill)
Able to work under pressure with time sensitive
Has all technical competencies that required by the position
