About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

support your team with complex issues and resolve escalations when needed;
work closely with the freight manager and be responsible for results, collaboration and development;
coach, guide and develop your team, encouraging colleagues to keep improving;
monitor the daily operation, priorities and progress within the countries you are responsible for;
strengthen international relationships and visit partners abroad to make agreements and develop collaboration.

Requirements

What you’ll need

at least 3 years of experience as a freight forwarder within international road transport;
a good command of both Dutch and English;
full-time availability of 40 hours per week;
overview, resilience and enjoyment in coaching colleagues;
leadership experience being an advantage.
