About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Management of collection activities for assigned global customer accounts
Follow-up on overdue invoices through email, calls with customers
Coordination with Operations, Billing, Credit Management, and local Finance teams
Escalation of critical overdue items and unresolved disputes
Monitoring payment promises and follow-up actions
Maintaining accurate collection notes and documentation in SAP/Fiori
Preparation and distribution of statements of account
Management of shared mailboxes and internal requests
Supporting process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and SLAs
Handling administrative activities with accuracy.
