About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for all inbound, storage and outbound activities for customers
- Executing and continuously optimizing logistics processes within warehouses
- Leading an average of 1 to 3 Team Leads/Supervisors and indirectly managing 5 to 45 warehouse employees
- Providing management information based on agreed targets and KPIs
- Monitoring operational execution with a focus on quality and security requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of leadership experience within a logistics environment
- Experience with logistics automation is considered a strong advantage
- Ability to communicate at all levels in both Dutch and English
