About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for all inbound, storage and outbound activities for customers
Executing and continuously optimizing logistics processes within warehouses
Leading an average of 1 to 3 Team Leads/Supervisors and indirectly managing 5 to 45 warehouse employees
Providing management information based on agreed targets and KPIs
Monitoring operational execution with a focus on quality and security requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of leadership experience within a logistics environment
Experience with logistics automation is considered a strong advantage
Ability to communicate at all levels in both Dutch and English
