About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for being a liaison between the direct fulfillment program manager, demand planners and the DB Schenker BTS fulfillment site
Ensure that all commitments from the various demand planning groups are within the agreed upon product lead times
Resolve delays in providing the needed material within the agreed upon timeline
Manage the lead times of all POs placed on behalf of the customer and report on agreed upon lead times
Expedite PO’s as needed
Ensure the recommit process is followed as needed
Review the backlog report and coordinate any escalations with the supplier

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
High school diploma program or equivalent required
2-4 years of related experience
Exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills required
