About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for being a liaison between the direct fulfillment program manager, demand planners and the DB Schenker BTS fulfillment site
- Ensure that all commitments from the various demand planning groups are within the agreed upon product lead times
- Resolve delays in providing the needed material within the agreed upon timeline
- Manage the lead times of all POs placed on behalf of the customer and report on agreed upon lead times
- Expedite PO’s as needed
- Ensure the recommit process is followed as needed
- Review the backlog report and coordinate any escalations with the supplier
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
- High school diploma program or equivalent required
- 2-4 years of related experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills required
