Layer Pick Operator – 2nd Shift

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The layer pick operator will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating both inbound receiving and outbound picking of part tasks within the Spirit Distribution Center (SDC).
- Responsibilities include processing outbound orders wither on the DMS or manually on Wrist units/Computers, orders handling inbound product receipts, coordinating with internal teams CSR and management, and ensuring compliance with established procedures and standards.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Follow established parameters for Receiving/Picking/XDOCK areas respectively
- Process sort and prep all deliveries arriving at SDC and routed to the correct destination.
- Receive and process all incoming deliveries to stock correctly based on system locations and parameters.
- Pick and Pack orders according to work orders and instructions
- Process orders accurately and timely in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Maintain the highest integrity when processing orders in the WMS.
- Ensure proper care and safeguarding of all computer equipment in possession.
- Ensure proper prep, care and safeguarding of all customer parts in possession.
- Handle and process orders under control accurately and within established timeframes.
- Make efforts to prep and process all orders/waves promptly.
- Notify Lead or Supervisor of any problems encountered during operations.
- 5S and maintain level of cleanliness outlined by area within the warehouse and job function areas.
