About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead a team of inventory associates to perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures and processes.
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments of goods.
  • Enter data into inventory management system accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain organized and clean inventory storage areas.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.
  • Prepare regular inventory reports for management.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, warehousing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written).
