About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a team of inventory associates to perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Develop and implement inventory control procedures and processes.
Receive and inspect incoming shipments of goods.
Enter data into inventory management system accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain organized and clean inventory storage areas.
Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.
Prepare regular inventory reports for management.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, warehousing, or related field.
Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.
Fluent in English (oral and written).
