Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in a People & Organisation/HR role, ideally within an agile environment and/or similar industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to support diverse workforces (blue- and white-collar) and partner effectively with leaders at all levels.
  • Previous experience delivering training and development programs.
  • Influencing skills and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently/autonomously and take responsibility, managing the balance between local and regional/global business requirements.
