Senior P&O Business Partner

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with DSV Air & Sea leaders to deliver impactful people outcomes across the employee lifecycle.
- Build strong, trusted relationships across the business, providing timely, commercially focused advice that supports smart decision-making.
- Be the go-to P&O partner for leaders, offering practical guidance on workforce planning, engagement, organisational effectiveness, and change initiatives.
- Drive people strategies that power business success, including talent attraction, development, and succession planning.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in a People & Organisation/HR role, ideally within an agile environment and/or similar industry.
- Demonstrated ability to support diverse workforces (blue- and white-collar) and partner effectively with leaders at all levels.
- Previous experience delivering training and development programs.
- Influencing skills and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently/autonomously and take responsibility, managing the balance between local and regional/global business requirements.
