Manager, P&O, HRBP
Cookie InformationHR Business Partner providing operational HR support for Singapore operations. Managing recruitment, benefits, and development programs in the HR function.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides operational support on full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and selection, on-boarding, compensation & benefits, payroll, performance management, learning & development, off-boarding, etc.
- Act as a business partner to the assigned functions
- Ensure all relevant HR policies, procedures, and guidelines are implemented and followed
- Drive and secure high quality and full adherence to the compensation & benefits process
- Manage human resources development programs including skills training, internship programs, and industrial attachment programs
- Facilitate discussion at quarterly talent reviews and succession planning sessions
- Responsible for the recruitment of the assigned department
Requirements
What you’ll need- Diploma or Degree in Business & Human Resource Management or its equivalent
- Experience in HRM and familiar with Singapore Employment Act
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and strong in MS Excel
- Systematic and able to manage database system efficiently
- A team player and ability to work independently
- Positive individual with excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Educational qualifications can be compensated by working experience
