About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support WMS implementations, migrations, and upgrades in line with enterprise standards
- Participate in requirements workshop and translate the business processes into WMS functionalities
- Own application design specifications and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture
- Configure WMS applications and manage change requests based on operational requirements
- Collaborate with Client IT teams to define and validate EDI/API messaging requirements
- Support the full project lifecycle: SIT, UAT, cutover, go‑live, and hyper‑care
- Ensure data mapping, integration, and reporting meet quality and scalability standards
- Oversee end‑to‑end testing, defect resolution, and scope control
- Coordinate handover to IT service management for long‑term support
- Apply DSV project implementation methodologies for consistent application and integration design delivery
- Promote best practices in WMS configuration, integration, and documentation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–8 years of relevant experience in application and integration engineering within logistics or enterprise IT
- Strong understanding of WMS systems (especially JDA BY), integration tools, and enterprise standards
- Experience in cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management
- Familiarity with project governance frameworks and quality planning methodologies
- Strong command of spoken and written English; proficiency in other Asian languages is an advantage
- Hands‑on approach, able to multi‑task and work under time pressure
- Willingness to travel overseas on a project basis (4–6 times per year)
- Flexibility to adjust working hours in line with regional project demands.
