Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience working with a change framework such as Prosci ADKAR® methodology
- Experience executing change management activities in organization-wide strategic, complex, and cross functional transformation programmes
- Familiarity supporting both agile and waterfall project approaches
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to conceptualize messages in visualizations
- Global perspective and experience working cross-culturally
- Experience as project manager, with Agile or Prince2 based project models
