About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and assess potential suppliers, ensuring they meet company standards and requirements
- Lead negotiation efforts to secure favorable terms and conditions, pricing, and delivery schedules
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce procurement costs while maintaining quality and service levels
- Establish, update, and maintain an accurate supplier database, ensuring data integrity and accessibility
- Stay informed about market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Work closely with other departments to understand their needs and ensure procurement strategies align with organizational goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, or a related field)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or a similar role
- Experience working with global suppliers
- Proven experience in supplier evaluation, negotiation, and cost reduction
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and database management
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software
- Hebrew – Native
- English – High level (verbal, written, and reading)
