Terminal Operator, Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Reasonably arrange the daily production tasks according to the volume of customer orders and inform the shift leader of the daily work plan.
- Allocate house air waybills according to the forwarder and the delivery address of customer orders.
- Notify the pickers and material handlers to process the goods as per the customer's requirements.
- Report the cargo quality issues and operation system problems to the shift leader and relevant team members.
- Swiftly handle all the problems that material handlers encounter during operation.
- Assist the customer service supervisor and the shift leader in handling daily affairs and complete the work tasks assigned by them.
- Check whether the information on the shipping documents is consistent with that in the SAP system.
- Timely save the relevant data after the completion of daily orders and send the reports to the relevant personnel.
- Update the WMS system in a timely manner after the goods are dispatched.
- Archive the relevant documents of the day.
- Be responsible for warehouse inventory management and provide technical and data support for other warehouse - related systems, such as the ACR project.
Requirements
What you’ll need- College diploma or above, with a preference for majors in logistics or supply chain management.
- At least 1 years of working experience in large - and medium - sized logistics enterprises.
- Those with experience in operating the SAP system are preferred.
- Be proficient in the operation of Microsoft Office software such as Excel and Word.
- Have a strong sense of teamwork, loyalty, and flexible thinking.
- Have good English and Mandarin reading, writing, and speaking skills.
