About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You handle the complete processing of sea freight import shipments.
You record and process orders in CargoWise (CW1).
You are responsible for monitoring, coordinating and invoicing your container transports.
You provide telephone support to customers and act as their point of contact.
You communicate with our national and international DSV network.
You actively support customer service and handle complaints.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have completed vocational training, e.g. as a Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification.
You have solid experience in operational sea freight handling.
You are confident using MS Office.
You have very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
You demonstrate strong communication skills, a confident manner, and a high level of service and customer orientation.
You work in a structured way, remain resilient under pressure, and act independently as well as in a team.
