About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Independently handle billing for all shipments for our customers using freight forwarding and billing systems
Review freight documents and recorded shipments/receipts for accuracy and completeness
Take customer requirements into account
Ensure compliance with internal process and quality requirements
Prepare invoices and accounting entries
Monthly reporting and month-end closing (accruals and projections)
Perform data reconciliations in Excel
Maintain statistical reports
Handle claims and complaints

Requirements

What you’ll need

Vocational training as a Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services clerk or comparable commercial qualification (m/f/d)
Very good PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
High level of commitment, independent and responsible working style, and analytical thinking
Strong numeracy
Motivation, teamwork, strong communication skills, and ability to quickly grasp new concepts
Good practical English skills, both written and spoken
