Key responsibilities & impact

Designing and implementing common contract logistics processes
Driving continuous performance improvement
Analyzing workflow including inbound, put away, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping and VAS processes
Developing logistics engineering strategies with the engineering leadership team
Educating team in LEAN expanding knowledge base for sustainable CI culture
Managing project activities plans and timelines
Communicating opportunities for improvement and developing training materials

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering required or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in a supply chain (warehouse/4walls) environment
Advanced knowledge of statistics
Proficiency in MS Office Applications with a dvanced knowledge of Excel, Access and Power BI
Lean methodologies
Six Sigma tools
Knowledge of various storage methodologies as well as material handling equipment
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
