- guiding, training, and overseeing your team members;
- ensuring adherence to legal, company, and safety regulations, as well as monitoring compliance;
- supervising daily operations and maintaining smooth workflow;
- working day shifts or rotating shifts, based on your preference and availability.
Requirements
What you’ll need- strong communication skills, capable of inspiring and motivating others;
- familiarity with warehouse logistics processes;
- openness to working a two-shift schedule;
- proficient in English, both verbal and written.
