Freight Forwarder – Dispatcher

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You are responsible for truck dispatching in international road transport.
- You optimally allocate goods and handle transport operations for partial and full truckloads.
- You organize the purchase and sale of loading space/capacity.
- You monitor shipments at all times and ensure smooth and punctual transport.
- You always work in a customer-oriented manner and comply with applicable legal and internal company regulations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Vocational training in freight forwarding or experience in a forwarding/logistics environment is an advantage.
- Good German language skills; English skills are an advantage.
- Knowledge of Eastern European languages is desirable.
- You are highly organized, solution-oriented, and work in a structured way.
- You enjoy working in a team and maintain an overview even in stressful situations.
- You enjoy working with modern digital tools.
