Operations Compliance Analyst
Cookie InformationOperations Analyst ensuring customs compliance while overseeing shipments across four warehouses in Ballycoolin. Collaborating with teams to maintain AEO standards and drive improvements.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee end-to-end shipment and customs activities across four warehouse sites
- Monitor daily operations, identifying errors and ensuring timely resolution
- Produce and manage daily warehouse reporting to ensure shipment location accuracy
- Conduct audits and compliance checks on documentation, declarations, and stock movements
- Partner with Operations and Brokerage teams to ensure full regulatory and AEO compliance
- Support monthly Revenue reporting, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness
- Act as a key contact during Revenue (customs authority) visits
- Identify recurring issues and drive root cause analysis and process improvements
- Support customs projects, system improvements, and onboarding activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in customs and/or logistics operations an advantage
- Strong knowledge of customs processes and compliance requirements
- Advanced Excel and MS Office skills advanced is desirable
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, organised, and comfortable working across multiple sites
- Full driver’s licence is key as travelling will be required
