Control Tower Assistant

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensuring compliance of the process carried out for the assigned customers
- Ensuring the execution of orders in accordance with the needs of customers and company standards
- Supporting customers by providing information and seeking solutions
- Participating in the preparation of quotations for non-standard services
- Verifying the accuracy of settlements with customers
- Participating in the complaint handling process
- Maintaining data accuracy in the system
- Ongoing communication with other departments, domestic and international branches
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in customer service, preferably in the TSL industry or a related industry, is welcome
- Ability to use MS Office package in practice (in particular Outlook and Excel)
- Good knowledge of Polish and English language
- Ability to work in a dynamic and unpredictable environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively with others
