About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensuring compliance of the process carried out for the assigned customers
Ensuring the execution of orders in accordance with the needs of customers and company standards
Supporting customers by providing information and seeking solutions
Participating in the preparation of quotations for non-standard services
Verifying the accuracy of settlements with customers
Participating in the complaint handling process
Maintaining data accuracy in the system
Ongoing communication with other departments, domestic and international branches

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in customer service, preferably in the TSL industry or a related industry, is welcome
Ability to use MS Office package in practice (in particular Outlook and Excel)
Good knowledge of Polish and English language
Ability to work in a dynamic and unpredictable environment
Ability to collaborate effectively with others
