About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leading operations, multiple shifts, or larger teams
- Managing labor scheduling, space utilization, equipment, and manpower
- Driving performance through planning, coordination, and improvement initiatives
- Coaching, mentoring, and guiding Supervisors and leads
- Ensuring consistent execution of SOPs, safety standards, and quality requirements
- Supporting cost control initiatives and continuous improvement projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 years’ experience in a logistics, distribution, or relevant environment
- 3 years of supervisory experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Work, and Power Point)
- Advanced MHE knowledge and certifications
- Satisfactory completion of a forklift training program
- English (reading, writing, verbal) proficiency
