- Work from customer business schedules, develop daily schedules, and measure performance to schedules.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and measuring operations within a warehouse facility.
- Develop and maintain ISO level operation guidelines and metrics including communication to internal and external customers.
- Develop and monitor productivity standards.
- Establish and maintain daily operating schedules.
- Coordinate daily cycle counts.
- Develop and maintain training requirements for all employees.
- Routing trucks in and out of the warehouse when needed.
- Load and Unload trucks when necessary.
- Check in and break down import freight when necessary.
- Write up documentation for exporting freight when necessary.
- Maintain safe working environment.
- Provide customer service to prevent and resolve errors.
- Other duties as assigned.
