About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise the global CL business on people-related matters
- Drive and execute the people strategy for CL
- Lead global harmonization of people practices and support large-scale transformation initiatives
- Partner with Centres of Excellence (CoEs) to design and implement modern P&O products and services
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of HR Business Partnering experience within a global matrix organisation
- Strong understanding of core HR processes and emerging trends
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Relevant Master’s degree (e.g. in economics or psychology)
- Fluent communication in English across diverse cultures and organizational levels
