About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide HR leadership and guidance by working in partnership with business leaders
- Responsible for implementing strategic HR initiatives in Talent Management, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Change Management, and Compensation and Benefits
- Execute recruiting strategies for various positions and ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Facilitate training and development for management and workforce
- Provide coaching and advice to managers and employees
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or Social Sciences
- Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Must be able to work in temperatures within the warehouse
- Must be able to travel by plane and automobile
