About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and oversee all aspects of freight forwarding operations
- Coordinate with carriers, logistics providers, and customs brokers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of shipments
- Prepare and process all necessary shipping and customs documentation
- Manage and mentor a team of freight forwarders, providing training and support as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- A Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field is required
- 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field
- Experience managing a team and working with clients is preferred
- Fluency in English is required
- Knowledge of air freight logistics and customs regulations
