About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- supervising labor management and planning of inbound, outbound, product slotting and customer communication activities daily
- hiring and training, planning and assigning daily work, conducting performance appraisals
- supervising the receiving, warehousing and shipping of products in accordance with company objectives
- conducting staff meetings to review daily/weekly work activities

Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 3 years’ experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment
- 1 year experience in a supervisory role
- Prior MHE certification / knowledge of basic MHE operation preferred
- Satisfactory completion of a forklift training program
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point)
- RF Scanners and WMS functions
