Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate air export shipments directly from the gateway facility, including booking cargo space, arranging pick-ups, and coordinating with carriers and airlines.
Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation requirements.
Prepare export documentation accurately and efficiently.
Facilitate customs clearance procedures for export shipments.
Monitor the movement of export shipments and provide status updates to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, international business, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in freight forwarding, air export operations, or international logistics.
Strong knowledge of air freight operations, international trade regulations, and customs procedures.
Proficiency in using freight forwarding software and systems (e.g., CargoWise, CHAMP Cargosystems).
Fluent in English (oral and written).
