About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate air export shipments directly from the gateway facility, including booking cargo space, arranging pick-ups, and coordinating with carriers and airlines.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation requirements.
- Prepare export documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Facilitate customs clearance procedures for export shipments.
- Monitor the movement of export shipments and provide status updates to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, international business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in freight forwarding, air export operations, or international logistics.
- Strong knowledge of air freight operations, international trade regulations, and customs procedures.
- Proficiency in using freight forwarding software and systems (e.g., CargoWise, CHAMP Cargosystems).
- Fluent in English (oral and written).
