About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supervise, manage labor, and plan inbound, outbound, product slotting and customer communication activities
Conduct staff meetings to review daily/weekly work activities
Ensure the development of systems and procedures for managing operations
Manage operations to meet prescribed productivity and service goals
Provide direction and support to Human Resources
Train new staff and assess their training progress and additional duties
Holds regular meetings with warehouse staff to assess overall status
Maintain high degree of motivation in team members to provide highest levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or GED
3 years’ experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment
1 year experience in a supervisory role
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
RF Scanners WMS functions
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and personnel skills
Good communication skills, written and oral
