About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for picking, scanning, labeling, moving, staging, replenishing, and stacking product.
- Responsible for counting and inspecting product and notifying leadership of damages or discrepancies.
- Accountable for the safe and efficient operation of all equipment.
- Execute all safety protocols and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Perform or assist in building, grounds, and equipment maintenance as assigned.
- Work overtime as dictated by business whether mandatory or voluntary.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- 6 months experience working in a warehouse/logistics/distribution environment preferred.
- Current or prior MHE certification preferred.
- Ability to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during the warmer and colder months can range from mild to moderate.
- Computer skills not specified but basic to intermediate mathematical skills needed to verify quantities of product and count inventory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform duties with minimal supervision or guidance.
