Key responsibilities & impact

Supervise labor management and planning of inbound, outbound, product slotting, and customer communication activities
Manage operations to meet productivity and service goals
Conduct staff meetings to review work activities and plan for continuous improvement
Provide direction and support to Human Resources
Train new staff and assess their progress
Conduct performance evaluations and recommend promotions
Manage warehouse staff and oversee daily work assignments

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
3 years’ experience in a logistics/distribution environment
1 year experience in a supervisory role
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of RF Scanners and WMS functions
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and personnel skills
Must be able to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
