About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist with monitoring freight shipments from pickup through final delivery
  • Support daily transportation operations by coordinating with customers, carriers, and internal operations teams
  • Track shipment status and communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Help identify and escalate shipment delays, service failures, and other transportation exceptions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong interest in transportation, logistics, brokerage, or supply chain management
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
