About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide high quality services and manage projects for the DSV organisation
- Support business and group functions in executing global strategies
- Lead complex projects, which are directly linked to DSVs strategy
- Work closely with the PMO management, Cluster leads as well as senior stakeholders in DSV
- Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives
- Engage with senior stakeholders, including board members, executives, and external partners
- Negotiate with key stakeholders to secure project resources and ensure stakeholder buy-in and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify and analyse potential risks at the organizational level and devise strategic plans to mitigate them
- Provide comprehensive updates to top management and the board
- Oversee resource allocation across projects, optimizing the use of personnel, budgets, and tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- Comprehensive understanding of Project Management models i.e. PRINCE2 and/or agile frameworks
- 5+ years of continuous project management experience with large corporate projects – preferably from a global PMO and MNCs
- Experience with projects in the Human Resources area (Payroll and EC Integrations, Workforce Management, Learning Modules, Reporting Solutions etc) will be an advantage
- A bachelor’s degree (as a minimum) or higher in a relevant field
- Excellent written and verbal corporate English language skills (Oral Danish is an advantage)
- Strong inter-personnel and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain business relationships
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable leading people in workshop settings, both facilitating, leading and driving outcomes
