Security Manager
Cookie InformationSecurity Manager responsible for all security issues in an international logistics environment. Ensuring compliance with internal and external security standards at DSV's Moerdijk location.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- ensure that our location in Moerdijk meets all internal and external security standards
- point of contact for security within the operation and work together with site management, facility management, colleagues, customers and external partners
- monitor and improve facility and transport security at the location
- manage, maintain and optimize security systems such as CCTV, access control and intrusion systems
- coordinate and manage local Site Security Officers and external security services
- conduct and supervise internal and external audits, including customer and TAPA audits
- investigate incidents and take preventive and corrective action.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in a security function, preferably within a logistical, industrial or complex operational environment
- knowledge of security processes, relevant laws and regulations and modern security systems
- experience with audits, incident investigation and risk management
- strong communication skills and persuasiveness
- a structured, independent and proactive working style
- good command of the English language
- Knowledge of TAPA standards is an advantage.
