Key responsibilities & impact

Delivering training sessions on systems, processes, and tools such as CargoWrite, SQL, and automation solutions.
Supporting project-based training initiatives, including system migrations and client implementations.
Simplifying complex topics and tailoring content to different audiences.
Collaborating with local trainers and acting as a bridge across cultures and languages.
Managing group dynamics effectively and ensuring participants are engaged.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain, business administration, engineering, hospitality, or a related field
Min 1–3 years of experience in supply chain/logistics
Excellent command of English; proficiency in Mandarin or another APAC language is a plus
Strong presentation skills and confidence in front of groups
Patience, integrity, and a people-focused mindset
Ability to understand processes, quickly grasp systems, and solid knowledge of MS Office
Willingness to travel extensively
