About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Delivering training sessions on systems, processes, and tools such as CargoWrite, SQL, and automation solutions.
- Supporting project-based training initiatives, including system migrations and client implementations.
- Simplifying complex topics and tailoring content to different audiences.
- Collaborating with local trainers and acting as a bridge across cultures and languages.
- Managing group dynamics effectively and ensuring participants are engaged.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain, business administration, engineering, hospitality, or a related field
- Min 1–3 years of experience in supply chain/logistics
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in Mandarin or another APAC language is a plus
- Strong presentation skills and confidence in front of groups
- Patience, integrity, and a people-focused mindset
- Ability to understand processes, quickly grasp systems, and solid knowledge of MS Office
- Willingness to travel extensively
