Tender Manager, EMEA Global Tender Management

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage global tender opportunities using the DSV pricing tools.
- Collaborate with business teams to define strategic responses for respective tenders.
- Ensure business decisions comply with internal controls and all applicable regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with business leaders to establish pricing priorities.
- Coordinate with GOP and GAP teams to complete tenders.
- Conduct RFQ quality checks and review with relevant business partners.
- Ensure that established margins are maintained and that pricing activities are properly coordinated.
- Prepare total spend analysis along with submission.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant working experience (minimum 3 years)
- Industry experience (minimum 4 years)
- Higher educational level (degree in business administration, economics, logistics)
- Strong understanding of tender processes, Air & Ocean pricing, pricing tools, and strategic bid management.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across multiple stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Ability to coordinate approvals and align with business requirements.
- Advanced Excel Skills.
- Fluent in English, additional European languages are a plus.
