About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify and assess potential suppliers, ensuring they meet company standards and requirements.
Lead negotiation efforts to secure favorable terms and conditions, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Develop and implement strategies to reduce procurement costs while maintaining quality and service levels.
Establish, update, and maintain an accurate supplier database, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.

Work closely with other departments to understand their needs and ensure procurement strategies align with organizational goals.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, or a related field)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or a similar role.
Experience working with global suppliers
Proven experience in supplier evaluation, negotiation, and cost reduction.
Strong understanding of procurement processes and database management.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
